When I met Johan we were having to sell our home due to certain circumstances. However Johan asked us what we really needed his help with and instead he was able to get us re-financed so that we could keep our home which is what we really wanted! To this day I still call Johan for his help and I am always referring him to all my friends and family because I know that he will do what is best for his clients and he's not just a salesperson. He's very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Johan's services for the future.

Johan Tola knows what a client needs to do to achieve a good sale price. He is very professional and helpful. Our house got six offers the first week the listing ran! Amazing results!

We thought the property wouldn't be able to get financing. Turns out there were banks that would secure financing. We were also able to close with open permits. Johan connected us with a vendor to help out with what we needed and we didn't have to pay them until closing. We were provided with great service and would definitely recommend the Tola Team to friends and family.
